Sam Kate Toney

She recieved her BFA in Costume Design and Technology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2012. She has sinced worked professionally at Lexington Children's Theatre in Kentucky and Playmakers Repertory Company in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. She had the immense pleasure of auditing three graduate craft classes at UNC Chapel Hill, including a course in millinery, masks and armor, and surface design. Summer stock contracts include: Hangar Theatre, Utah Shakespeare Festival, and most recently, the Santa Fe Opera. Although she was born an east-coaster, Sam has found a life in the desert and currently resides in Tucson, Arizona as a freelance designer and artisan in theatre and film.  

 

Sam loves coffee, the outdoors, and pretty much all things vintage.
